Larry Palaszynski is president and founder of Value Finders, Inc. Valuations have been performed for estate/gift tax, litigation support, buy/sell, and strategic planning purposes. Types of businesses valued include manufactures, contractors, investment holding companies, service companies, retailers, and distributors with sales up to $140 million. He has testified in court as an expert witness, the IRS has accepted his valuation reports in disputes, and has been retained by large CPA firms to review their more complicated business valuations. His diversified background includes monitoring the debt repayment capacity of a diverse portfolio of companies for banks.

Larry Palaszynski is a licensed CPA in New York State. He was awarded the AICPA’s Business Valuation Certificate of Educational Achievement. Attended numerous national business valuation seminars sponsored by the AICPA, the American Society of Appraisers, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the ESOP Association, the Association of Insolvency Accountants and International Business Brokers Association and other professional organizations. Professional memberships include the New York State Society of CPAs, past director of the Buffalo Chapter and current chair of the Cooperation with the Bar Committee.  He is also an active participant on the Estate Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Business Valuation Committees at the state level and acts as technical support volunteer on business valuation issues.  All specialized courses in business valuation leading to full accreditation by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) have been passed. Other memberships include, Western New York Estate Analysts.

Todd Englander is an expert in the realm of Promotional Marketing, past Editor-in-Chief of Incentive Marketing Magazine, with 30 years’ experience including the last 17 as executive recruiter for senior management positions within agencies ranging in size from $3 million to $1 billion worldwide.  Based in New York City, he is intimately familiar with the leadership and strategic direction of the fastest-growing agencies around the world.  

David Levine is a New York City based mergers and acquisition specialist with over fifteen years experience. He successfully completed nine mid market corporate merger and acquisition transactions. In addition, David participated in negotiations involving scores of companies in a wide range of industries. He founded and operated three business.
